The volume settings for instrument notes can also be bound (default "o" - decrease volume, "p" - increase volume). While Guild Wars 2 players are permitted to use macros, there are specific circumstances when they are disallowedspecifically in any scenario where the use of macro provides an unnatural advantage over other players. You may find it beneficial to either unbind the hotbar items or change their keybinds, since they make sounds when swapping between them. A macro is a script that can be programmed to activate multiple keys simultaneously or in quick succession. There are also five keybinds to swap between minstrel, bell, choir bell, lute, and bass, which can be set to the default Z, X, C, V, B respectively or any other set of keybinds.
